Join the Society of Caribbean Lawyers on 22 February 2024 for the first installment of our lecture series, where we will explore the restructuring of Afro-Caribbean identity in the United Kingdom between 1960 and 2000.
During this virtual lecture, our speaker Kwabena Osei, will discuss his thesis: 'The Restructuring of Afro-Caribbean Identity in the UK, 1960 - 2000’.
Kwabena's thesis touches on themes of politics, education and family, with a particular focus on the 1970s and 1980s.
Kwabena is a BA History and Politics graduate of the University of Oxford. He is currently undertaking a masters degree at the University of Law.
